Our Story:

El Santo Coyote is family owned and operated. The Toll family are experienced restaurateurs, having owned and operated restaurants and clubs in California prior to relocating to Florida in 2000. The family’s goal is to provide quality fresh authentic Mexican cuisine for families, special occasions, and banquets.

El Santo Coyote has a large comfortable indoors-dinning area, smaller semi-private seating, with areas for parties and banquets, and a bar. In addition to the indoor restaurant there is outdoor seating (seasonal) under the cheeke hutches.

El Santo Coyote prides itself on its fresh authentic Mexican cuisine. Salsa is prepared fresh at your table. The menu provides a variety of authentic dishes sure to please your appetite.
